The Oak Hill Gazette has learned that former City of Oak Hill manager, William H. Kraus, has hired local attorney John Herbison to represent him in certain matters. The Oak Hill Gazette received this information from a very credible source.
John Herbison or "Herbicide"as he is affectionately known by law enforcement officials, is a very talented attorney. He has virtually memorized all of the Tennessee case law. Our source tells us that Herbison mailed a letter to the City of Oak Hill requesting that Kraus be reinstated as City Manager.
As you may know, Herbison represented Perry A. March. March went to prison.
